Description : The 1948 Declaration of Human Rights has passed to a paper shredder, a tool found in all administrations. The flaps are then braided to give anlisible document. The piece is based as a methodical than hazardous reconstruction.

The owner at the time of the sale is entitled to consider the offer as insufficiently relevant. The objective is to produce a series of acquisitions that develops its own temporality, structurally linked a financing mechanism that modifies its relationship to the desire for possession.
